FEELING UNWORTHY?

by Ross Bishop

Feeling unworthy or unlovable? It’s a common feeling. If you look around, you’ll see that everyone struggles with some sort of feeling of inadequacy.

And if you widen your perspective even further, you’ll realize that all humans face these same challenges. Different cultures and belief systems experience this same struggle. How can that be?

The truth is that we are in training. No one tells us this upfront because it would disrupt the process. You see, you are part of a program created by the Creator called LIFE. The purpose of LIFE is to promote your spiritual growth.

LIFE works by revealing the truth through first experiencing and then releasing false beliefs about oneself. You start by believing lies, such as feeling unlovable or unworthy. Later, through internal struggles or conflicts with others, you ultimately reject these false beliefs and accept the truth. This process must unfold this way because we have free will, which cannot be violated.

So, what do you do? The first step is to pay attention to your conflicts; they hold the key to your transformation. Your role in the conflict was to introduce your insecurity into the situation. I assure you that this situation has revealed a wound of self-judgment you have carried since childhood.

Your lack of intimacy might stem from issues with self-confidence, or you may hesitate because you’re afraid of the other person’s reaction. Whatever the cause, understand that no conflict exists without your belief-driven behavior. Recognizing this can help calm the situation. If the other person is upset and you have nothing for them to grab onto, you can acknowledge their feelings and then work toward resolution.

In expressing their frustration, they might point out something you need to look into. This is also connected to your inner conflicts. You may not like it, but it’s a better way to handle the situation. It may seem unfair, but it’s the best way for the Creator to ensure we embrace the truth in the end.

This might be hard to believe, but these situations are intentionally created to help you identify your negative beliefs. They are not random; they are specifically designed to lead you home.

We seldom take the chance to connect with things this way. We become fixated on conflict, pain, and our wounded egos. In response, the Universe ups the ante and presents us with more situations until we gain understanding.

There are steps you can take to improve your learning process, but they are too complex to cover in a single article. That’s why I created a three-part workshop called “Unlocking The Secrets To Life And Happiness.” It will be released soon!
